Sam and Dean are in detention. It’s totally Dean’s fault, of course. Sam can’t be blamed for helping his brother out in a three to one fight - even if Dean did start the fight. Sam wasn’t surprised the principal chose that moment to take a walk around the school.

That’s how he finds himself in detention, rolling his eyes as Dean silently makes fun of the other students in detention. The urge to laugh is increasing by the second and when Sam gives in to silent laughter, Dean pumps his fist into the air as a sign of success.

In detention, how cute. And of course it's Dean's fault. lol. I love Dean's triumphant fist in the air line, that sealed the drabble perfectly.

You know, this kinda made me cry a little. Cause it struck me (again) how alone they are, with only each other. Maybe it's just me, I've been doing text analysis for uni and am begining to read subtext all over the place.

It's true. They were alone, mostly, but they did have each other. A constant best friend and companion. I know they had a crappy life but atleast they had each other. I wish I'd had/have someone like that.
