Or something like that. Basically, I just want something more realistic than usual - one twin can't FIX the other immediately and make it all go away, but they can definitely be there, help, support, etc. And which twin is what doesn't matter, although I'd probably be pleasantly surprised if it was Tom who was the desperate one - Bill is usually portrayed as the troubled one.
